Here I present you this [PrettyTerrible Spire Deck].
With the new mini set coming out, we have seen some staples one of which being Riftfeeder Wasp. This gives an idea to brew more Time midrange decks. But here's the catch, Time midrange decks are so obviously boring.
The ShiftstonedEternal Power Calculator is a deck-building tool that visualizes your odds of drawing enough Influence and Power based specifically on the cards found in your deck.
I believe the meta is less midrange-y but more controll-ish so card advantage over unit rate is more desirable in the deck.
To reply to your suggestions:
Ayan, Dark Conduit : A 1 cost 3/4 post spire which is ok rate but it usually doesn't give you card advantage. The text on the card is kinda irrelevant and so Dune Phantom and Coslo, Friendly Scavenger are better anti-aggro ambush cards.
Lumen Defender : The inclusion of Lumen Defender is cool as an anti-aggro card, but against control (especially TJS midrange / control) it is kinda lackluster.
Petra, Auric Launderer : Probably the third best card in terms of rate, but isn't really necessary since it is mostly worse than Twinned Spiteling both pre spire and post spire. In other builds where time influence is not focused, you could probably justify it in your deck.
Azindel, the Wayfinder : I don't see a situation where the text on this card matters, the deck can get to 7 power for the finisher consistently and there are not many power sinks in this deck unlike the TPS (Helio) version.
Ixtol, Champion of Grodov : I would only consider Ixtol, Champion of Grodov if you are doing some sort of combo or playing Spire maindeck (which I don't recommend unless, of course, you are doing it for some combos).
Severin, Inevitable : Unfortunately, pretty much every card in the deck and mentioned here are better than Severin, Inevitable.
Extras:
Wingbrewer : Cool card, if not too slow. Could see it be playable.
Huntmaster Vikrum : Pretty interchangeable with maindeck cards.
Temple Looter : Pretty much a strictly worse Temple Scribe in most cases.
