And on his farm he had some frogs, bats, goats, pigs and... dinosaur ghosts?
So we decided to grab a bunch of unrelated but FUN relics from the Elysian faction and create some kind of synergy with flavour sprinkled over it. I tried to add as many animal-related spells and effects as possible without making the deck too weak. You don't need to play more than 2 Mind Links at the same time, but you DO need at least 1 in play to keep your card engine going.
Poaching Drake is perfect here because it's currently the only creature that immediately transforms an enemy creature when summoned. You always need some creatures on the board to keep pressure on your opponent OR defend against aggressive decks while you transform their creatures.
This deck is horrible against creature-less decks. Ironically it also struggles against decks that summon creatures TOO quickly for you to transform. You'll have to carefully balance between playing creatures on the board and setting up your combos with relics.
Crown of Possibilities with Lumen Reclaimer are your only means to continue summoning threats in the late game, but we can't afford to add more than 3 Crowns or the early game will be too slow.
There is a possibly infinite chain summoning combo with this deck that involves Shimmerpack with Destiny. But it's too expensive, unreliable and complicated to be competitive. It's a lotta FUN though, so feel free to swap your Shimmerpack with a Cirso or vice versa as you see fit.
Your Auralian merchants are extremely important. Most likely your first market card will be Display of Knowledge to either remove aggressive units or draw the relic you need to survive and win.
EDIT: Added Vara because Aegis units make transformation spells useless and instantly shuts down our deck.
