Evenhanded Charge

A semi budget version of Kaze's Even deck.
Mainly focused on Glasshopper/Dread/Haunting Scream/Soul Collector for aggro damage.
Insatiable Serasaur + Minotaur Lighthoof is an okay end game closer.
Teacher of Humility helps ruin draw heavy decks and Lethrai Soothsayer has helped with Aegis's and board control.
Draw cards with Evenhanded Golem - be wary of Glasshopper messing up your draw though.

Mods required (without spending stones):
Removal cards replaced with cheaper versions when available
Also - reduce overall card counts / consolidate (lots of removal variety, that doesn't need it)
Add Crests when available - reduce # of Seats
