So the day after I made this, Icaria got un-nerfed. This deck was intended to be a solid FJS control which had relic weapons to justify running Brel and Icaria in the market because they are fun. Now that Icaria is good again, I definitely want to run 4 or at least 3 maindeck and still a Brel in the market along with at least one and probably both of Runehammer and Stormhalt Knife.

Here is how I prefer to build the deck since Icaria's nerf was reverted.

I reached Master with this deck, starting from half of D2 to D1. It was a pretty solid and fun deck to play. My changes were:
-Instead of the 4th Xo, I played a 3rd Quarry (because I don't have the 4th one and I don't really, at this moment, want to craft it).
-Powerbase: 1 Fire Sigil, 2 Justice and 2 Shadow Sigils and 4 Crest of Glory and 4 Seat of Glory and all the rest of the Seats and Crest on 3.
I even played the last couple of matches with the nerf of Vara and was still pretty good. Though Vara was not the same as this 1 life point made quite the difference and her dying to torch was a bit sad the couple of times that happened. Anyhow, pretty good deck.

Thanks for the comment! Glad to know it worked well for you. 3 Xo 3 Quarry is 100% fine IMO. I expect Vara to still perform well overall yeah, just Fire will handle her better and that makes sense for balance.
