The Harder They Fall

This is a deck I put together to complete the achievement "The Harder They Fall". The acheivement reads:

"Kill a unit that costs 6 or more with Eris, Apex Slayer's Reknown".

I was lucky enough to pick up a shiny one of these from a Twitch Drop, but sadly I don't have a full playset, so I put my copy into the Market, and settled on using Stormhalt Warden as a way to retrieve it at will (there's lots of other Market retrieval cards you could use instead). You could also use a few different weapons or spells to activate the Reknown (anything of a suitable colour, and cost 6+), but I chose Massive Bone because....well, it's a Massive Bone!

The rest of the deck is geared towards building a field that will let you stall for time until you get all the parts you need, being:

1) Stormhalt Warden;
2) Another unit in your hand (any one will do);
3) Biding Time (optional - if there are no enemy units with a high enough cost, you can "build" one, with this spell);
4) A Massive Bone;

The Gentle Seeker combos brilliantly with either of the two main relics Porcelain Mask or Veena's Masterpiece. The Elvish Swindler can retrieve one of these for you, if you haven't managed to draw one. Once you get a "Mighty Mouse" growing, most Gauntlet decks will basically freeze up, giving you ample time to get the rest of the combo going.

Because we're using the Hunt mechanic, you could also slot in Quinn, Beast Heart, which makes your hunting units far more potent. This is great, if you're primarily looking to win games, but unfortunately, if you end up with a Reckless unit (particularly a big one with Overwhelm) it can speed up the win condition too quickly before you get the rest of the combo you're looking for.

I set this deck up specifically for Eris, Apex Slayer, however it's easily modified to enable lots of different combos. Obviously, if you have multiple copies of Eris, you could just add them into the main deck, which makes things slightly less complicated.
