Annoying Feln thief

This is a unitless stupid idea I had.
When it doesn't work, you lose, a lot, and looks stupid.
When it works, it stupid, and you win without ever truly knowing by which miracle it worked.
If I had Waylay, I'd swap it for Suffocate as we already have Sinister Rumors.
