hi, instead of awakening student, wouldnt be better crown paladin or schoolar?..after all they all get killed and dont survive past turn 3 but at least they give something
camat0 Eternal Version: 1.31.6
no, student is probably the best 2 drop in the game, not playing student or kothon in this decks is strictly wrong.
merovingian Edited Eternal Version: 1.31.6
but you are aware he is going to eat torch or permafrost or thats the point? with schoolar i have obtained unseen with aegis or endurance and that was realy a problem for enemy
Lagrangian Eternal Version: 1.31.6
This is a midrange value deck, and consistency is important; when Scholar whiffs it whiffs hard. If Student eats a Torch or Permafrost, that's a Torch that did not kill a Commando. Also, Student is the only card in the deck that can get big enough to tangle with Time fatties.

yeah but this deck its umplayable today...i can only win one game of 6/7...it kinda sucks that its become so popular that everyone counters it, shelterwind rinder is a joke

It is amazing how different pockets of the meta can be - I'm running almost this deck - 2 Sirafs for 2 Mirror Images - and doing well, something like 5 wins in 7 games.

For Equivocate, are you mostly hitting your opponents' creatures? I haven't much experience with the card, and I don't know if how you play the card changes now that the deck is much more creature oriented. Also first time playing with the new promo, so I don't know how the deck really works.
camat0 Eternal Version: 1.31.6
yes 99% of the time is for your opponent creatures
Henrily Eternal Version: 1.31.6
I don't have Dead Reckoning yet.
What can I subsitute for Pacifier and Equivocate?
camat0 Eternal Version: 1.31.6
siraf and vanquish are probably decent replacements
camat0 Eternal Version: 1.31.6
i don't think so :( maybe you can try scholar and try to high roll, it will not be as good but maybe will be more fun
battlebeetle Eternal Version: 1.31.6
Ok, thanks for the reply. Maybe I'll just craft the Kothons or try scholar. Just curious, why is crownwatch no good?
camat0 Eternal Version: 1.31.6
the card is not good enough by it self, the reason why ap play it because they have commando and blood letters to make it good, here you only have commando.
battlebeetle Eternal Version: 1.31.6
Thanks

I'm missing the Kothons. Is crownwatch an ok substitute for ladder?
