I actually made a copy of this deck and removed the 3 strategize for 3 permafrosts, and also removed sandstorm scarf from the market and replaced it with a crown of possibilities. It's been working out great.

Based on the article Marvin linked I am going to try a Cirso's Choice in the market and replace Hailstorms with Power Stones. Also made your change of swapping Strategize for Permafrosts.
