Information

Chalice with a Palace is the brew that is true!

A new take on an old classic! Chalice decks were once tier 1, but were pushed out of the meta once cards like Bore arrived. Currently Bore is hardly seeing play, and Korovyat Palace brings new life to this deck.

The game plan is to play lots of small creatures that provide extra value, then draw cards by buffing them with Chalice. Palace is a great finisher, turning a flier or overwhelm Derry into a game ending threat!

Took this deck to the May ECQ and went 16-12. Many of the losses were to power/influence screw, the deck is really well positioned as long as it can do its thing (I added a banner to the market afterwards to help). Matchups with Praxis Pledge and Jennev are about 50/50, and it is ridiculously favored against Hooru Control - it's very hard for them to win.

241ackerman Eternal Version: 1.45.7
the vessel with the pestle has the pellet with the poison, the chalice with the palace has the brew that is true.
I see what you did there and you get all the points for it. However, there are no Ephemeral Wisps in this deck, so you loose 2 points. your final score is ∞-2.

Curious, what would you cut for Ephemeral Wisps?
241ackerman Edited Eternal Version: 1.46.1
honestly I haven't played with/against the deck enough to know where the cuts are supposed to be. but if you cast Withstand on an Ephemeral Wisp you get a 4/5 aegis every time you play power so that seems pretty good
