An Inspired Prophet

I was goofing around with Deleph and wanting to bolster all the cards he brought. Certainly not a tournament style deck, but has been winning 8/10 in Plat ranked, and is super fun to play. Obviously pepper to taste, as the radiant portion of the build could stand some tweaking or outright removal.
