Sad Fliers, Happy Kaelos

This is an attempted anti-meta deck based on Icaria Blue. We're trying to:
- Gain the primary benefits of FJS, including removal, sweepers, and plenty of draw; but beat them by having cards they have trouble answering or answering more than once (i.e. Avigraft, Maul, Gavel)
- Gain the benefits of any control deck versus aggro (Hailstorm + Harsh Rule as early and mid sweepers)
- Leverage few, large aerial units (one of which has Charge and Aegis) to reduce efficacy of Chainbrei
- Kill everyone who has given up on Aegis because Vara exists

If you find you need more charge (sites, relic weapons) or to kill in fewer hits (other control), I'd suggest replacing your least-used card with Whirling Duo or Rise to the Challenge, respectively. If you need more sweepers early game, bring in Lightning Storm, late game, bring in End of the Story. See earlier versions of this list (look up "Icaria Blue" on EWC) if you find yourself facing unitless control or would otherwise benefit from relic weapons more than Xo / Rizahn.

If you're missing some of the key legendaries, I'd try replacing them with:
- Soulfire Drake - a good Icaria sub when you just need charge damage, similar influence requirements, and you should have enough counterspells to protect it. If that fails, your Xo and Rizahn get charge, which is not a bad thing.
- Eilyn, Clan Mother - a good sub for Rizahn or Xo as she's something cheaper than Icaria that doubles as removal
- Amilli, Cloudmarshal - a good sub for Xo; you don't get the same card advantage but you'll (ideally) generate board advantage in its place
