Can you give some tips on what cards to muligan for and when you should trade, if ever?

This is a budget deck that plays like a tier 1. It brought me from mid-gold to mid-diamond with a 71% win rate over 24 games. Well-positioned against the meta of expensive removal piles. You need a good draw against Makto since Alchemist trades and heals, but even that matchup is possible (especially with permafrost).

I traded 4 sigils for Diplomatic Seals, to ensure fixing. I substituted Backlash for Daring Pioneer as a budget option, but the Pioneer is super worth the shiftstone since it puts a strong body on the table and doesn't need you to hold back mana for the eventual Harsh Rule.

Imo it's too slow. 3mana is the highest in this deck and it's already stacked with an amazing aggro card, a negate effect pre harsh rule and a warp exhaust
