Wump, Party Starter could be good in the deck, it ensures Crunch, the Hoarder gets in on the turn it is played. Or you can replace Crunch, the Hoarder with Strategize, which has a similar effect for 1 less power. Mirror Image is kind of a cop-out but it can fit in decks like this. Temple Shihan can get your infiltrate units in easier, or Trumpeting Warhowler can have a similar effect with your overwhelm units. Vadius, Clan Fatheris another strong card in general, but it is more aggro focused. You could also try Oni Dragonsmith, which effectively makes your 4 drop dragons into 3 drops.

Yeah, I've tried most of those except just replacing him with a strategize/mirror image. I think Temple Shihan and Warhowler get removed too easily, but maybe I'll try Shihan some more.
