Greedy Dragons Hoard Relics

Notable: Means to an End -> Excavate isn't useless because you can grab Privilege of Rank for a Cradle trigger or just for the sigils/thinning.

I haven't tested this exact version yet, but I've tried every card in here in various versions of this general idea
