※ Strategize/Second Sight+Crest of Cunning your First Flame, avoid discarding First Flame with Quarry ※ ideally try to stick a combo at 6-8 mana depending on what you expect the opponent to have
in regards to Hexadecagon's kabuki relay: ※ personally amused by how many iterations this deck has gone through and how similar our lists ended up being
※ Hex runs In Cold Blood for Hooru Pacifier/Valkyrie Enforcer ※ not wild about an excess of token generation, or lack of sweepers
※ i like our sigilbase a bit more
❶ in any other deck, WotE is ideal but i kept finding myself in situations where the manacost was a limitation on the amount of digging/plays i could do in a turn, often just a brick in my hand
❷ quarry is amazing at digging&reducing counterspell/masks costs, but you'll find more often than not we actually just need cards/sigils. also discarding a First Flame is problematic
❸ i'd prefer to play flock, but the 1 power on the grenadins matters for spawning additional Flamefang, chump blocking Snowcrust Yeti/Oni Ronin etc.
