No idea if this deck is good, but I have a feeling that getting the spellcraft on Changeestik for free is busted.
There aren't actually that many answers to a Horde Plunderer on 3, and Valkyrie Enforcer is basically the only one that sees widespread play.

Sweet list. How often does Chancellor activate? Is Kothon a viable alternative in that slot?

So... I haven't ever actually played this deck xD. I just put decks together when I get an idea. However, I do have a lot of experience with TCGs in general and Eternal in specific(I'm currently rank 8 on ladder), so I think this is a reasonably good list. My reasoning specifically for Chancellor over Kothon is that Kothon is more of a midrangey card, since it takes 6 power to ultimate and until then it's just 2/3 for 2. Chancellor on the other hand can potentially be a 4/4 for 2, and even if you don't get tribute his synergy with all our weapons is through the roof (he copies all weapons on him, so we can use their spellcraft again if we have enough power or a Horde Plunderer in play). Finally, Kothon just isn't a great card. People tend to overvalue him a ton, but he's actually quite mediocre. He also doesn't have aegis or evasion or any super relevant abilities, so he's a terrible target for weapons.
