Rakano got some good new cards in Highland Sharpshooter, Hojan, Crownbreaker, and Red Canyon Smuggler. I'm playing Stella, the Shotcaller mostly for fun, you could switch her for Ixtun Merchant or whatever you like.

Warhelm is really good with the new cards, especially Highland Sharpshooter.

This is the ideal rakano aggro or at least it's very close to it, I went -4 Stella +1 Vanq. Blade +2 Sheriff +1 Power but that's mostly because I didn't want to craft 4 legendaries and Aegis is too good to skip. I think it can use a Xulta Convoy in the market for those times when all your units are removed on curve, I'd take out Cloud of Ash for that seeing as this already has both Shugo Standard and Warhelm.
Stella is really not bad, I think it's ideal, you need Aegis and this deck plays all these weapons and gunslingers, it's the perfect deck for her.
