So, as FJP is one of the supported factions, decided to follow some sign posts and see where it takes me with trying to remake Icaria Blue. Obviously, some of the numbers may be a bit off, but we're still talking your standard 4 merchant, 4 torch, 4 wisdom, 4 harsh rule, Rizahn core. Add in some other number of interactive spells for larger midrange threats, some other supplementary card draw (Xo is the real deal), and a market you can dual-faction (albeit not 3+1 the Rizahn with, which is sad days), and there you go.
Numbers might not be fully correct (you might want 3 Xo, two peaks, or might not want Burn them All, might want to go down to two runehammers, or cut the SotSK, you might want Jotun Hurlers), but I think there is a core deck here somewhere. It plays fairly well, albeit the ability to deal with sites earlier on is a bit questionable.

Actually, Display of Honor feels like a really good piece of removal to have in market, just because it's so good when you already have a merchant down, but poor otherwise.
