ROF is super rare though

Steward of the past is another reason for it. If the aegis can keep a unit live for dark return.

ROF is rare enough that I wouldn't bother countering it and Stewie only hoses the Dark Returns, so you can sub those out if they are giving you issues.

Banish and Shatter-glass Mage are the real betrayers to the Crown and worth slotting in Eilyn's for.
