a combination of two lists:

discussion:
paradox's dragon swarm list is fantastic and it really turned me on to the idea of ramping with
Rusty Grenamotive.
instead of
End of the Barrel, i thought
Oni Dragonsmith might be a reasonable alternative given the natural synergies.
tips:
※ think of
Oni Dragonsmith as a 4/5 drop, try to play them in the same turn as
Crimson Firemaw and
Pearlescent Drake
※
Strategize / market your
Unstable Form/
Snowball as needed, be careful to pitch your sigil as ramping to 6-8 matters

Have you thought about Crystallize? It might be a better fit than Hailstorm. I've been using it my Nostrix deck and it's been really nice. I mention my deck because it has a similar kind of gameplan - contest the board early then combo off and win the board (and the game, hopefully). I also don't want in it Hailstorm because of your early units, but I have problems keeping up with go-wide aggro decks.
For my Nostrix deck I've found that against go-wide decks I can usually contest the board and survive until I have Crystallize, which cleans up the small units and buys me a turn to combo off and make the bigger ones irrelevant (or just wins me the game on the spot). Hailstorm would be more of a sure thing in those situations, but the games where I *need* Hailstorm over Crystallize are probably lost anyway. On average Crystallize does the same job against go-wide, but it's also really good against most other decks. I think I'd swap Thunderstrke Dragon for it over Kenna or Choice though. Kenna does a lot of unique things for the deck, namely Killer and re-using spells, plus the combo with End of Hostilities. Choice is your only counter and attachment removal. But Thunderstrike only does the same kind of thing as Mistveil - it's just a beefy beater that's hard to trade 1-for-1 with.
Another boardwipe option is Torrential Downpour. It seems bad at first but it activates spark so it might be worth trying. It's not flashy but I feel like it'll really grease the wheels in a lot of ways and end up pulling it's weight. It should do work against fast decks - we have blockers so only clearing the smallest units shouldn't be a dealbreaker (plus it pops all Aegis). Against slower decks sometimes I'll have the Grenamotive but it gets stonewalled so I have no way to activate Spark or Tribute. Using Grenamotive to ramp out Downpour + Spark would be pretty nice in these spots. Or just hardcasting both, or using Downpour to clean up blockers after combat. Plus the scout is always good, especially for a synergy driven deck like this. I don't think it's a market card though so I'll try swapping the Unstable Forms for it to see how it works.
Also, I think swapping 2 Wisdom for Swindle is a good idea. I see that you listed it as an option to swap out Grenamotive for, but that's your main ramp card so I don't think you want to remove it. Grenamotive also works super well with Swindle.
Overall a great deck but I'm going to be trying these changes: -1 Thunderstrike Dragon, +1 Crystallize; -2 Wisdom of the Elders, +2 Swindle; -3 Unstable Form, +3 Torrential Downpour
Crystalize is interesting. as i've been laddering though it feels like more and more I need something like Hailstorm because once we get to 4 mana we're usually dropping nothing but dragons or digging to find them. but including it in the market is certainly a viable option.
Torrential Downpour is also interesting, and the scout is certainly desirable as we only have access to 4 crests presently. but generally the decks we really need a sweeper against are praxis tokens/stonescar and they're almost always 2/2's and 3/3's so i'm not sure.
i'm still fine with Unstable Form for now as it usually gives psuedo answers to things like Dawnwalker, Sandstorm Titan, and Awakened Student but also provides fodder for market substitutions. Jotun Hurler could be an alternative for market fodder.
yea i've actually been testing with -2 Rusty Grenamotive already and i think the actual card that probably needs to go is Wardwielder. while there are 'effectively 12 sources' it's not as consistant/reliable as i'd like. if it were cut, i could find more space for sweepers as well as free up a slot in the market.
here are the changes i'm currently testing
maindeck: -4 Wardwielder, -1 End of Hostilities, -1 Cobalt Waystone, -1 Unstable Form
+4 Hailstorm, +2 Jotun Hurler, +1 Primal Sigil
market: -1 Kaleb's Choice, -1 Kenna, Shaman of the Scale, -1 Mistveil Drake
+1 Permafrost/Crystallize, +1 Rain of Frogs, +1 End of Hostilities
