This deck looks like it would be so much fun, but I’m 0:4. Each loss from lack of power. Am I missing something that all these others have figured out? If ai have to strip the deck to get power search and high power base, I feel like it is just a different deck.

It isn't essential, but with all the crests you get to choose your next draw just like a celestial omen. Replace it with anything you feel works.

I had everything in this deck so I tested it out, 3 Icaria does feel like too much, sat in my hand the entire game, I scout'd crown to the bottom immediately. Rise to the Challenge for Nicto is good times, opponent wasn't ready for Black Sky into Makto, Nicto After Harsh Rule. Really fun idea, I would change an Icaria for a Knucklebones. Deck needs more Legendaries.

It definitely would help out against aggro. Really depends on what you're facing in the meta, right now with all the minionless JPS control I think crown is a great fit. With the addition of Hailstorm I think there will be a lot less aggro on ladder too.
