Why the Premiums? Obviously it sets them apart, but they aren't Destiny or anything. Do oyu just grab the first or second set based on 'closeness to top of deck'

Ahh maybe for the Porter who was strategized to the bottom. But I guess it questions which one do you grab.

It's to try to "rig" what Porter you pull with Press Gang. If you're still searching for combo pieces, you want to pull from the top rather than from the bottom in order to thin the deck, so you tutor the type of Porter you didn't put on the bottom with Strategize/scout (if you've done so already, anyway). Once you've pulled off the Nostrix combo, you want to tutor the Porters that have been sent to the bottom so that you can still draw into even more of them.
