Just a Hooru midrange deck with ramp for Telut, Clutch of Talons, and Svetya's or Ironthorn's ability. Pretty much a more explosive version of my
Hardball Hooru deck. I'm not sure which is better, that one is probably more consistent while this one has more overpowered lines of play. But they're both super fun and viable for climbing.
Originally I had Quicksilver Mirror in the market as a ramp target, but I didn't like how slow it was. Mirror + Svetya is a really good lock, but playing Clutch of Talons to swing for a bunch in the air and make 2 Dragons is a more reliable wincon.
Mirror might still be worth running instead of Feast-Caller, but I feel like it's for a slower deck than this. Feast-Caller still wins a lot of games, even if it's only in the market. I had Feast-Caller and 1 more Telut instead of Ironthorn and that was fine, but Ironthorn makes the deck run a lot smoother.
Svetya is really good in this deck. The summon is always nice since we have Mirror Image and a lot of removal targets. And her ability is a good ramp target that usually draws well since we have 30 units.
Mirror Image could be Sudden Schism but there aren't many fast spells so it's not going to be that great. Responding to removal with Schism is great but the extra cost is pretty relevant, and not having other fast options makes the card a more expensive Mirror Image most of the time.
