The goal of the deck is to spam strangers to up your fire influence as high as possible, then finish off the opponent with Flash Fire. Flash fire can usually do 4-6 extra damage over a flame blast, plus it will only ever cost 5. Flame Blasts and Obliterates act as extra burn as well as potential removal. Grenadin acts as extra burn as well as a great spark enabler for Groundbreaker. Groundbreaker is just insane, and deals with lifeforce decks incredibly well.

As for the sideboard, extra Flame Blasts in case lighting storms or harsh rules make units ineffective. Rally and Swift stranger are for matchups where the burn feels ineffective. Soulfire Drake is a nice alternative to a couple of the Groundbreakers if the matchup isn't against life force or any other life matters deck. Finally Ruin, cause fuck chalice.

Sindok feels a bit expensive personally, but you could definitely give it a shot. I've personally been trying Flamestoker over Flame Blast which has felt fairly good. Firemaw has also intrigued me but I haven't gotten a chance to test it out yet. If you are looking for what to cut that is probably what I would cut first.

I personally don't like Horus, at least in the pure Fire version, it ends up just being a 1/1 for 1 fixing Stranger instead of a 2/2 for 2. I haven't tried it out much but a 2/2 for 2 felt better in most scenarios, and I don't think going all in on Flash Fire with 20 Fixing Strangers is what you want to do.

Good point why have a 1/1 body when you can just as easily have a 2/2. Maybe if there was some better stranger synergy then Horus would be useful.

Great deck, am going to try climbing with it, but aggro like this does seem to work really well in the current meta. I'm curious about the power curve because with this deck I want to be at 5 power by turn 6ish, might tweak it to add two more granite monuments and take out 2 ruthless strangers.

I've been having fun with this, too. Seems to fit right in with the current meta. I like how it can sometimes fool the opponent, thinking you're playing a 5 color stranger deck until the big burn spells tart flying.

This looks like a goofy gimmick deck, but it's surprisingly effective, especially in the current meta full of slow-developing combo decks (dark clockroach, chalice) and lifegain. A lot of burn-heavy aggro decks have trouble getting over the finish line when control or combo decks start getting board control, but Flash Fire gets that extra push. It's mono red so it's definitely lacking in a lot of tech, like reliable card draw, but it got me to gold in ranked for the first time.
