I have a question, since it's not immediately apparent upon reading the card: If you discard your most expensive card (say Spirit of Resistance or Aid of the Hooru) and you don't have anything in your deck that costs more, do you still get to draw a random card, or was that discard wasted (or even does the game stop you from discarding cards that you can't draw of)?
