Inspired from a quick glance at https://eternalwarcry.com/decks/d/qMSs-qLK09Y/ixtol-champion-of-endra by marvin-the-imp. From his decklist, I'll admit, I really just saw the combo of Worldbearer Behemoth and Ixtol and Kairos and thought I'd like to make a deck that gets there as quick as possible.
Right now in the meta, many people are setting up combos. This deck takes advantage of this by hitting high power levels quickly (because combo decks often lack interaction) then coming out with Kairos for a win.) Now, since Endra is the current card to beat, I will comment that if you run into an Endra deck, your best bet is to either win quick, grab reclaimer or passage of eons, or hold open kairos choice to prevent copying. It's not an easy match up - I win and lose against it about evenly, but against the decks that are trying to beat Endra decks, you do great, so no fear there.
Some discussion on card choices
Torch over Char - Char is better against Endra, but Torch is still the better card overall - leaving it out is a trap.
High Prophet of Sol over Initiate of the Sands - Endra decks will ping Initiate to death every time. High Prophet of Sol is less vulnerable to blowouts.
Xumucan over Sandstorm Titan - First off, due to ramping, 3 power often skips to 5, 2nd, Xumucan allows for a sudden large unit right before playing Kairos, 3rd, Ambush allows for additional tricks against the opponent and mind games. It could be this is a mistake, but thus far I haven't regretted it and Xumucan has helped me win games, so it stays for now. As a side note, if you ambush him with Kairos on board, then you have a surprise 7 damage torch, which can help against emerging units like Rost or scream units.
A tip about Ixtol - Best played when you have big scary units on board already who are about to attack - it prevents chump blocking from being a long-term solution. Also great right before a board clear if the opponent has units that will die too. Finally, with Kairos he is both great to have on board (helps you draw even more cards because the power increase happens before the card draw. And once Kairos is on board, Ixtol deals 15+ damage easy.
Either way this has been a very fun deck and thought I would share. So far it has taken me from mid 700s in Masters to about 250. And dropping.
