I've tried to make decks like this work and IMO this one is missing a few key pieces. Shelterwing Rider is the main one, especially with Gleaming Shield. It's a holder for weapons, a great blocker and attacker, and a good Mirror Image/End of Hostilities target. I'd say you should swap the Chancellors for Riders.

The other pieces that you might want to consider are Aeva, Torgov, Jotun Feast-Caller and Strategize. The units are worth considering to make the deck more proactive and Strategize is just a good card that synergizes really well with the deck.

The weapons package is kind of suspect. There aren't really any overlapping synergies and having so much power in the weapons makes End of Hostilities and Mirror Image a lot worse. The deck is kind of split between these strategies, I think you need to choose the Chancellor/Plunderer/Shields package or the Hostilities/Marley/discard package and focus on that.

I'm a huge fan of gleaming shield with shelterwing rider. I feel like you're trying to do too many things at once with the weapons plan and the looting plan. Sigvard would also be spicy, though maybe that's just bad. I get that you don't really need more card draw, but strategize would be really good with your whole gameplan as well.
