The main win con is getting both Kodosh's Armor and Grodov's Burden in play at once. Most opponent's won't even take the time to read these and are quite surprised when your whole side is suddenly huge flyers with lifesteal and aegis.

Can also win by just getting a fat hero of the people out early and pumping it with Kodosh's Armor activated ability.
