Information

This is what I would consider the cheapest competitve deck we currently (post Horus Traver) have. I took it and variations of it to top 50 masters multiple times.
The plan is easy, go wide and use obelisk, monitor and rally to close out games, don't be too afraid to lose some units to get damage through, though this deck is capable of going into a boardstall until you get enough anthems vs other midrange decks.

Edit: Tesya hasn't been good enough, you can play her over Rally, but I wouldn't recommend that.

Why no obliterates in the decks seems needed and I find monitor dead in ladder maining crimson firemaw maw
Biophonism Eternal Version: 1.31.6
Why no waystones anymore?

Hi im noob, can someone explain me how can this deck survive against harsh rule or lightning storms? i mean, if you grind your units to wait after harsh rule the deck will fail in the late game...cant understand how you reach master with it :P
Prometheus Edited Eternal Version: 1.31.6
You have to play around Lightning Storm, Hailstorm, and Harsh Rule as much as possible. Whenever you face Primal or Justice decks you have to play around turns 2, 3 and 5 respectively. The mere existence of sweepers doesn't usually stop this deck but you have to move away from blindly playing all your units whenever you have the relevant power available. Never commit everything to the board vs those colours and try to hold an Assembly Line or Disciple and play it right after they Harsh Rule or Hailstorm.
merovingian Eternal Version: 1.31.6
TY, i was aware of harsh rule but not for hailstorm, it is the end of aggro decks like stonescar queen?
Meritone Eternal Version: 1.28.7
Would Sandstorm Titan be a good addition over Praxis Displacer?
SKiTHx Eternal Version: 1.27
Thanks for the deck man this has been fun. Any more tips on hands to keep and mulligan strategy?

What do you think about Into The Furnace?
CONDOR Eternal Version: 1.26.3
Hi, thanks for the deck! I love how relatively cheap it is, but are there any upgrades you might suggest? Thanks :)
tghy71 Eternal Version: 1.26.3
You could try -2 Humbug Swarm, +2 Shogun of the Wastes. He can be a good card when you have a wide board, and I have had fairly good results with him. However, I wouldn't do more than 2 due to the fact that humbug swarm is also good.
apoapostolov Edited Eternal Version: 1.26.3
Thanks for updating the deck with latest promo.

I think the complete removal of Rally is too much loss. I've been able to close many Versus games and cheat the AI with Rally many times with the sweet card. Also, the deck doesn't need 4 Tesya. You don't want her in your opening hand or any soon although warp on turn one can really make a difference.

My edit would be:

-1 Rally
-1 Praxis Displacer
+2 Tesya, Omen Shaper

Although right now I'm playing a dirty 77 card version with 3 Tesyas.
Tenken Edited Eternal Version: 1.26.3
He took the Tesya back out for Rallys.
apoapostolov Edited Eternal Version: 1.26.3
Hello, is Tesya, Omen Shaper a good match for this deck? Many owners of this deck will be able to get it during the ongoing promo and a version of this deck with it may be very welcome.
Tenken Edited Eternal Version: 1.26.3
He removed Tesya for Rally. So I assume she has no place.
apoapostolov Eternal Version: 1.26.3
I run 77 cards, with two Tesya. They are nice, but no a deal breaker and Rally is far more important.
Tenken Eternal Version: 1.26.3
I am not the maker.

But, she costs 7 only for +1/+1. I personally don't think that is worth it. I would rather draw about any other card, although the Warp is nice it is too situational.
We will see what he says.
Tenken Edited Eternal Version: 1.26.3
How does this deck play? I took the plunge and crafted it all card for card. But I am not a very good aggro player, I don't like making trades and such. It always seems like I will lose once they hit 5 power. And this deck has nothing.

What is a god starting hand? What is the minimal hand you want to keep?
I just lost with the Arcanum, Initiate, Torch, Drone which I thought was a godhand. But I literally get only a few damage in and then they outpower anything I can drop.

Any tips on how to play this.

I used Torch on the Flying wisp with ultimate. And I swung for damage, but it is so small. I even traded one unit to get 5 damage in. But he killed my Arcanum, my Xenan Obelisk was pretty useless on a board of weenies.
AhornDelfin Eternal Version: 1.26.3
The best starting hands involve initiate and a follow up, a hand with some units and an obelisk is really good too. I mull most hands with just some slow early units (favoreds and scribes) and o anthems or intitates.
The key is to not think of this as an aggro deck you can direct the deck into boardstalls untill yo uhave enough rallies and/ or obelsik/ monitors to outpower them. its also ok to chump block some units if you can reload. In time midrange matchups its sometimes worth to keep diplacer for a key turn where you can attack with humbugs because you bounced their titan. Just be patient in boardstalls and start going taller.
Tenken Eternal Version: 1.26.3
I am learning it bit by bit. I have let some games slip just by not doing my math properly.

But I always feel behind the ball when a control deck drops a big unit. My 1/1s can't do anything anymore. and I feel like most decks will then be able t keep dropping big units over you. Or of course Harsh Rule, but other than holding cards/hoping for good draws I don't see how to stop that.

If you would have to replace the Arcanum Monitors, what budget card would you replace them with?
apoapostolov Eternal Version: 1.26.3
Tasya, if you manage to get her for free during the current promo proud.
AhornDelfin Eternal Version: 1.26.3
Arcanmum has not direct replacement, I would add another diplacer, the missing disciple and maybe 2 obliterates or 2 cloud of ash
