The ShiftstonedEternal Power Calculator is a deck-building tool that visualizes your odds of drawing enough Influence and Power based specifically on the cards found in your deck.
I was 86 master yesterday. But normally my decks have my own choices and can be a little hard for some people. Like the Vara + Aegis. You must understand the right time to use Vara and Aegis units in this deck. And even some removals. Normally other peaks are a lot easy to use.
Thanks for the reply. Do you mind on explaining how to use the deck? Like what you are looking for on first hand, when to redraw. Any specific goal? Did it do well vs aggro decks?
Normally in first hand i like to have 3 power (or 2 power and Seek Power or Petition). I also keep some hands in first redraw if i have Merchant, Elders or 2 Elders and a Scout Power and another power. Try keep mulligan with 1 or 2 removal to face aggro. Against Aggro is a little hard. In the winter tournament i start 5-1 losing to one aggro deck, then i face it again in top 8 and defeat it 3-0. One of the problem with this deck can be the Aggro with Aegis because if you don't draw Vara and your opp have a very fast deck that can win before you have enough power to cast Black-Sky Harbinger you can have problem. One tip: Sometimes don't play the Merchant if your hand is great because i don't like so much lose a great card in hand. Also if you think your opp have harsh rule try don't have alot of units unless really necessary. And against control choose to play the aegis units first then your opp normally will use double removal on them. Because if you play your Vara first he normally Permafrost it and your future aegis units will lose aegis.
I have other peak decks with Peak in the market, but this time i prefer don't use it because i normally draw Peak and because of the Site rule [only1 Site per time] the Peak i draw can be a little dead in hand. I choose to use Jotun-Feast Caller in the market for "similar" things. Also if i really need removal i pick Permafrost [ilove Permafrost in Market].
I like 1 In Cold Blood and I was thinking about it!
But I don't like the "Jennev Merchant" cause you have Vara and you cut away "Bore".
According to my own experience "Eylin" is too slow so:
Xo > Eylin
P.s No Rain of Frogs? I think it is MVP aganist Combo decks
Again GG and Gl for next tournaments
1) Vara is a boss right now that almost everyone use Aegis units.
Can be weird, but i love use some card that are "bad" against my deck. This make a surprise for my opp. Also i choose not use Hurler and normally i play Vara only when i have no aegis units. The opp normally kill Vara after i summon it anyway.
2) Bore is fantastic card and i try it in few decks, but Peak is so popular right now and this make bore Dead card in hand few times. And i "only" have 4 merchant anyway. And in a 1 deck format metagame i prefer Kaleb's Choice.
3) Eylin is great.
I really like Xo and craft 4 copies of it, but he is destroyed almost everytime i play it. Eilyn can give the 6 damage (also destroy Sites). Also Eilyn has pledge. Normally this Big Control decks have more power and because i "only" have 26 i choose to 1 Eilyn and 1 power in the market.
4) Rain of Frogs in a format that almost every control use Cobalt Waystone and have few combo decks? No, thanks. Because this would force me to play break aegis cards first. I have Jotun and Kaleb's Choice against control.
Nice deck :)
