Do you like garden of omens in decks like this? Do you think garden has a better place on ladder or in tournaments? How often do you find that you are getting royal decree and how aggressive are you with it? Congrats on the finish.

I think Garden of Omens might slot in a different shell in the same colors. The midrange version of this I don't think needs Garden of Omens. But you could always give it a shot and see what's cut worthy. I looked at lists with Omen and felt like the old version of Jennev was where I wanted to be due to the increase in cheap removal/Hailstorm. I threw Royal Decree in the list at the last moment cause a friend told me there's always at least one Reanimator/combo deck so I felt like I needed something to combat with that. I would probably change it back to Equivocate due to how I always wanted to be reactive with Kaleb's Choice than proactive with Royal Decree. I'm not a huge fan of Equivocate as a card but I feel like it's a necessary evil due to Ice Bolting something 3 times gives your opponent a big edge. The one time I thought I sniped a win against a combo deck they just Haunting Screamed their combo piece back after I Decree'd and that felt bad. Hope that clears it all up.

Yes thank you so much. I really appreciate your input on these decks. I tend to play a lot of Jennev control. I've been trying to get into other archetypes that aren't control haha.

If anyone has any questions about the list I piloted just let me know. It was a blast to play and definitely operates on some thin margins sometimes. I didn't stray too far from the stock list and I didn't have Prideleaders from the new bundle so that's why they are missing. Hope this helps.
