Kira the Defect

This is a deck built around Kira Ascending in Rakano. It has a lot of the cards you would expect from a Kira list, alongside Defective Flamebot. A majority of Rakano Kira's tools are much better in Hooru such as more power cards and face aegis from Bubble Shield, and Defect is an extremely powerful reason to run fire in Kira since it has a lot of overlap with what you're doing with Kira. Hooru Kira is a deck that wants to draw the game out and outvalue their opponent, while Rakano just wants to beat the shit out of people, and Defect is a big part of what makes that work.

Also worth noting his Hurried Drive, a new card that not only provides double damage but also draws a card. Put this on Defect or Kira-buffed allies to just kill people, put it on any lifesteal dork to gain lots of life, or just play it on an opposing unit to pop aegis without losing card advantage.

The market uses Fearless Crescendo and Justice Etchings for market access, which greatly restricts the market to cards that can be accessed from both in order to use the best tools from the market. Tayana, the Mender is a tech card for relics, Display of Law is redundancy for double damage combat tricks with extra versatility, Pristine Light is a board clear in case things go south, Lunar Claw is a card for dealing with aegis and/or combo threats, and Auric Herdward is a card for gaining both unit and/or face aegis that I can draw from either market and target an allied unit to draw.
