This is just a fun and cheap mono time deck I wanted to put together. There are obviously odd numbers of certain cards, that's because I don't have all of the cards and I'm not a great deck builder, but I encourage people to take my list and improve upon it. Let me know if you have any improvements in the comments! It is actually pretty fun and I have found it to be reasonable competitive. Have fun :)
