Many are using mono shadow decks since the release of Icaria, First Reaper.

In my case I just took an old shadow deck of mine that I enjoy, added her, two Eremot, Mindsplinter, two Dizo, Cabal Racketeer and the rest is basically the same that I had there, including some hated jank like Madness and Azindel's Gift.
The Dizo's Office site is also in this deck which I did not really saw in other mono shadow decks in the ladder.

The brew worked surprisingly well and took me from Diamond III to Masters in just a few hours yesterday, so I tought about sharing.

Replacemnt for incarnus?

If I had to drop those two Incarnus then I would just add another Vara, Vengeance-Seeker and another Eremot, Mindsplitter.

The main advantage of playing Incarnus in this deck is that if you do not like what you receive from her invoke ability then it is a card that you can send to the market. Other than that the card is not really need for the deck to work.
