Whipped this deck up because Harsh Rule seems very good in this day 1 meta.

I'm not playing Vara, Vengeance-Seeker because everyone and their mom is playing hard removal and I want to blank all of it.

The card I'm most unsure about the Martyr's Chains. It could be Suffocate, Avigraft, Dizo's Office, or Inquisitor Makto.
