Hooru Tempo EXP

So this is my attempt at a Hooru Tempo deck for expedition. Unfortunately I'm f2p so I can't test the deck withLinrei's Stranger until I have more stone. Feel free to change out cards after your own testing; apart from Ruffian and the face aegis + bring to justice package I'm not sure about it. I'm especially unsure about the market and the curve from 3-5. It's possible that Uelo, Sky Tactician with more flyers or even Magus of the Mist is correct.
