Talir combo featuring Tocas to stuff Kira decks.

Could probably use some tuning, but this has been working as expected for the most part. Currently has some issues dealing with face aegis, with Ubsat/Granger being the only ways I have to pop it unless there’s a relic to banish. My knowledge of Throne is fairly limited (mostly FoX and on) so I’m probably missing something obvious here.

Haven’t seen a ton of stonescar but I think that matchup is probably bad.
