Information

I think it's better than AP mid/control, gaining access to Maeve and more ramp for builders decree is huge. The list maxes out on the removal spells currently in expedition, and runs 4x alch + wasp since they are buffed by svetya and trigger maeve

The hermit gardener slot in the market is experimental, dunno what that should be

I know that no The Speaking Circle is a hot take but honestly I think the card is kind of overrated or at least is not up to par with the other 6 drops Combrei has access to. Toucan and Svetya make enemy speaking circles much less impactful so you really don't have to worry about opposing circle decks here

I've been running this build for awhile, it's way better with Broker. You stick From Beyond into the Market, because there is zero reason you need to even draw it with no Shadow influence. You also don't run weapons or Rolant so it's not even that amazing of a drop. Then you can stick Reality Warden or Roa in your Market as well (with access via Broker or Merchant). The only card in your current Market I would keep is Swirl the Sands. Broker also makes your deck better for trades early on (or against a weapon), so you can wait to bait them for an Equalize a little longer. Expand the Reach is way better maindeck from my experience, it ramps you just the same without all the influence hoops you sometimes can't hit on turn 3. I was running 4x of them and 2x Enter The Monastery. You need 8 or 9 Justice sigils to make a 4x Monastery build worth it, but also from my experience that makes the power base way more fickle. The Plunder off Expand can be huge for draw later, games are over way before you spend 12 on Diana. Builder's Decree has been ok for me, but not 4x good imo. I was running 3x and went down to 2x. I don't ever want to play it until I hit 9 power, and I feel like I'm wasting it at 5, it's better for Equalize without a ton of units out midgame anyway. This deck also certainly needs Speaking Circle, it's the best card in the set, I've rolled Equalize off it so many times it's silly. I stuck it into my Market and shuffle it with Broker if I need it. That way you don't have dead copies in your hand if the opponent drops it first.

I don't think you need enough justice sigils to actually activate all 4 Monasteries because you aren't really looking to ramp past 6-9 and you can't expect to draw all four of them in a given match. Broker is an interesting idea, I think I would be more inclined to run Circle if it were in a broker market for sure. How many matches do you have where you aren't against another circle deck, though? I feel like in this meta where Circle is in nearly every deck it becomes worse to run Circle due to the ~50% chance of it becoming a dead card (at least compared to consistently powerful counters such as Svetya or Toucan).

I will certainly defend Forget and Expand the Reach in the market but the other two slots are not amazing or where I'd like to be if there are alternatives.

Forget is the perfect removal vs Elysian, as it acts as a kill spell (+revenge) against any of their threats and cannot be negated by dazzle, their only counterspell in expedition. It also can be played early enough to stop Wump from transforming if you're going first. Expand being market vs maindeck I personally believe it is better in the market since as I said before you're not really hoping to draw all of your ramp, you just want enough to get to 6 and then you want threats. I have not had issues with Monastery influence and I believe it is the better card since it gives you an extra sigil to play or market away.

Hermit Gardener could be a Reality Warden instead, or Onoris Roa if you're worried about aggro.
