Rakano Valkyrie Toolbox

Attempting get full value from Sower of Dissent. This is not a competitive deck, but it sure is fun. As it turns out, playing a 7/7 Icaria, the Liberator on turn 5 is pretty strong.

This deck tries to take advantage of the relatively low threat density compared to other midrange decks by using Harsh Rule. In conjunction with Rampart Protector, it allows you to leave a board behind when clearing away your opponent's stronger threats. Eventually, you take over with Amilli, Cloudmarshal and Icaria, the Liberator.

If I was going to make this deck more competitive, I would probably remove the fun-of toolbox weapons for higher consistency cards, such as filling out the set of Vanquish, Harsh Rule, Icaria, the Liberator, and maybe adding some Wanted Poster for card draw. That would push it further towards Midrange Control.
