I wasn't a fan of the elves that can't block. There's no lifegain in the deck and we aren't super aggressive, so they usually just felt bad to me. One elf you should look into is Livia, Hexweaver. Has lifesteal and is an elf. You can pump her a ton to get back a lot of health and Zende can bring her back again for even more.
