For the "Budget" version, this is the bare minimum to still have a functioning deck for this theme.

I just swapped some of the cards for a cheaper (also weaker) version that does almost the same, but many of these changes will make the deck more vulnerable, and slower.

Cut out 2 Campaigns, 9 Legendaries, and a few Rares too.
