Getting new Achievements fast

I brew this list only for use in final fight in the Campaign Into Shadow (Azindel) to get nearly all the new Achievements of Ascending Campaign. Small hint: The "Ascending Heroes"-Achievement is still bugged if you choose the premium cards, just grab the "normal" Heroes.
