Shadowlands Guide can bring back Shoaldredger as well as our busted 1 drops.
Memory Dredger can bring back our market access and Rosebloom Mandrake as well.

Permafrost as cheap interaction, Fatal Misstep as both interaction and void filler.

Felrauk the Outcast is excluded because: 1- requires too much sacrifice in powerbase 2-deck doesn't have ways to discard him from your hand. Highroll enthusiasts can Shoal Stirrings a swol Uxu, Carnivorous Bloom and have fun there.

The Chilling Touch deck is nearly an auto lose. They run multiple Torrent of Spiders and Oblivion Spike I think the Uxu, Carnivorous Bloom + Shoal Stirrings idea is a pipe dream. You run 25 power and no ways to draw power or cheap card draw. Maybe trim some cards for 2 - 3 Strategize?
