Is it optimized though? The only reason i would even question it is lack of market.

Excellent deck. Been playing it in top 20 ranked and winning consistently. I just hit top 3 with a variant of this deck.

If I may suggest:
Cut 2 Shavka's Strangers
Cut some 1 Defile and 2 Seek power
Cut 3 Strange Gladiator
Cut 1 Eremot's Machinations

Add 2 Banish
Add 1 Swift Stranger
Add 1 Strange Interloper
Add 1 Strange Navigator
Add 4 Predator's Instinct

I had success with Hasting Grodov's Stranger and adding some ultra late tools versus control really seals the deal vs Temporal and Armory.
