Yeah it let u draw it with necessary measures, but it's so vulnerable except when shifted.

Hello. Yes, there is only one copy for a few reasons:
- you just need one to combo off
- you can fetch it with Necessary Measures and/or Reweave
- if it gets killed you can get it back via Last Chance or Umbren Voidbringer
- does not cost you a lot of deck slots
- is not necessary for this deck to win ... just an additional victory plan
