So this is obviously bad as it does not even run Seek Power.
The plan would be to somehow get a Lumen Reclaimer and somehow give it accelerate and then either Mating Call it or if you've done it very often you may even be able to Destiny them with Talir? Probably not. But there was no math involved in the making of this list either way.
Since we're in TP might as well add Crown.
And ofc mulligan if you draw a Primal Sigil.
