why you removed Parul, Sealkeeper? seems like a suitable card in this deck... hm, on the other hand, gryffins are not really the decks theme...
nevertheless, i really like this deck ^^ im currently working on the Outcast Fortress and the remaining Alu, Death-Dreamer =) I always wanted to play a deck like this... idc if its working in ladder or not (did not try yet, just gauntlet, because i dont play much anymore), but i like it =)
It just wasn't pulling it's weight as a late game card. More often than not I was choosing between Parul and Kodosh sees all, and Kodosh was usually the better choice. Usually by the time I have Kodosh out, the game is in the bag, so I very rarely had both out at the same time, and Parul by himself is pretty mediocre. I think I replaced Parul for Harsh Rule, which ended up being a great utility card if I was behind my opponent in boardstate during the mid to late game.
ty for your explanation =) did you try/play it on ladder? how did it work? i mean, i dont expect it to be top tier, but it would be interesting how good/bad/consistent it was.
At least in gauntlet, sometimes it quite slow, but i guess every deck has bad card draw moments xD
Btw: Zelia, the Vain proved to be a good addition as well, beeing a bond-unseen and providing curses
Yep! Was able to make masters with it in October. I've been taking a bit of a break lately so I'm not sure how it will fare in the current meta. It did struggle with aggro decks a little bit unless you have some permafrosts or inflict consciences early on. Zelia is definitely a good option that I overlooked initially because I forgot about the bond ability, could try straight swapping her in for Alu and seeing if it works out well.
