This is an updated Xenan gauntlet runner. There are several almost identical versions around. It has few major changes, but the minor changes seem to provide a significant boost to an already awesome deck. Open Way Supplier can provide a real boost over the existing power ramp cards. Time Sketch can provide you with fodder for boosts with Grodov's Burden and Alhed Ascending. Bonemask in the market is there for card draw.

How has Travelers' Fair been? It seems horrendously slow. Bonemask also feels out of place, given that it has to connect.

I'd concur that Bonemask felt like a dud that I never wanted to get out of the market. Most of the time it wouldn't have drawn me more than two or three cards, even when it was able to connect, which means that Ancient Lore or Nahid's Distillation would have been substantially more effective if all I wanted was card draw. By the time Bonemask would draw me more cards than Distillation, I was already so far ahead that I didn't need the draw.

Bonemask can be played on Twinned Spiteling or any of the 7 units with overwhelm. I use it when Grodov's Burden has been killed.

Horrendously slow is an accurate description of Travelers' Fair, but power is something you are rarely short of with 12 +1 power units available. Reaching 20+ power is regularly happens. I use it as a test for market options while testing some decks, but I left it in this deck since it isn't a huge penalty. Instead of drawing a card with Grodov's Burden, I can play Travelers' Fair.
