The concept of this deck is to tempo your opponent, slowing down their gameplan, then attack with a fanatic, either off shift or normally, after transformation, with protection (dissociate and backlash). Ideally, the fanatic can be cheated out with remembrance. Alternatively, pop em with a maul.
Against the evenhanded decks that are so common, find the merchant and grab the royal decree if you determine that it's better that they don't draw more cards. The evenhanded Katra deck falls hard to this deck.
Patience is a very conditional card, but is a good play early if your opponent has a fullish grip; it can also be used to pop aegis in a pinch.
It's a fun deck that often requires careful decision making, and can pull monumental victories out of nowhere.
