I actually played this on ladder last night and 9-1 to get into top 100. Deck is not bad.

You would be surprised how well a well crafted mono deck can do in Ranked. Mono time and Shadow especially. Believe it or not, even Mono Justice is a good choice.
Since he's only using 2 Annihilate, I'm guessing no, it's not for the event. I'll be running 4 x in mine as there will be no multifaction units.
